As I mentioned in my previous entry - an important issue for me is the Jewish Cemetery located at ul. Poniatowski. For me - it's not only an important object on Zatorzu, I am bound with him personally, by now a three-year collaboration with the Jewish community.

At the beginning of his short story
funeral home in Gliwice (Street Poniatowski 14) is located within the new Jewish cemetery. Celebration house dedication was held on 15 November 1903, with representatives of municipal authorities (mayor Mentzel, and the city councilors and Warlo Neuman). It is the imposing building was built and designed by renowned Viennese architect Max Fleischer.
Over the past 20 years, this beautiful building, from which we could be proud of today (and probably the envy of our other cities) were destroyed.
